Rusty Breitbach is an agency partner/owner. Rusty joined Insurance Services in 2000, prior to that he was in the U.S. Air Force, he is currently in the Ohio Air National Guard. In 2007 Michelle reached her first designation of Certified Insurance Sales Representative, CISR. Michelle is also a licensed Life and health agent.
